How do I order custom photo magnets?
Simply upload your photos through our website, select your quantity (square format), and we'll take care of the rest. Each magnet is handmade with care and shipped directly to you.
What shapes and sizes are available?
We offer 2x2 inch square photo magnets and Save the Date magnets in 3.25x4 inch or 2.75x3.5 inch sizes. Square format is our specialty!
How long does shipping take?
We ship within the United States via USPS and UPS. Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days after your order is processed.
Can I order in bulk for events?
Bulk orders are available for 2x2 magnets only (not Save the Dates) in quantities over 50.
What file format should my photos be?
We accept JPEG, PNG, and HEIC formats. For best results, use high-resolution images at least 1000x1000 pixels.
Are the magnets waterproof?
Our magnets are water-resistant but not fully waterproof. They're perfect for fridge use but we recommend keeping them away from direct water exposure.
Can I return, cancel, or get a refund for my order?
Because all our products are custom-made, we do not accept returns, cancellations, or refunds. If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days with your order number and photos, and we’ll review it for a possible replacement.
