Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Order Processing Time

All products are custom-made to order. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days before being shipped.

Please note that processing time does not include shipping time. Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Carriers

We ship orders using USPS and UPS.

Available shipping options and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and may include:

Economy Shipping: typically 5–8 business days
Standard Shipping: typically 3–4 business days

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated using flat rates based on your order and will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Free Economy Shipping on orders $50.00 and up
Economy Shipping (0–5 lb): $4.90
Economy Shipping (5–70 lb): $19.90
Standard Shipping (0–1 lb): $6.90
Standard Shipping (1–5 lb): $9.90

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Address Responsibility

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the carrier. If your package is delayed or missing, please contact the carrier first. You may also contact us and we will do our best to assist.
