All of our products are custom-made and personalized based on the photos and/or information you provide. Because of this, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

No Returns or Cancellations

Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind
  • Mistakes in uploaded photos or personalization details
  • Color, cropping, or minor appearance differences
  • Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at info@magnetlove.co within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damaged or defective item and packaging

Once reviewed, we will determine whether a replacement is appropriate. Refunds are not offered.
